Everything was really nice

The staff was extremely kind and made us feel very welcome. Nice and clean areas, and cleaning at the room every day. The beach was 100 meters away. Food was fine and there was plenty of it. Perfect for family’s with children.

Fantastic family holiday

On arrival we were welcomed by brilliant staff who couldn’t do enough for us. My father who is disabled came with us and after explaining the room allocated was not suitable as there were too many steps fir him they relocated to a suitably placed room for him. The food was fab something for everyone. The hotel itself was clean and tidy the rooms cleaned every day we all had a thoughrouly enjoyable look e time there.

Super Urlaub, gerne wieder!

Hier ist alles sauber, alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Essen ist abwechslungsreich. Die Poolanlagen sind sicher und das Programm ist auch abwechslungsreich. Jeden Tag Kinderdisco und danach noch eine Aufführung. Am Strand hat man hier feinen Sand und die Mitarbeiter sorgen auch hier für Sauberkeit. Also kurz gesagt, alles hervorragend

Auch bei Problemen eine TOP-Adresse!

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Selbst als unser Sohn während des Urlaubs an Windpocken erkrankte, haben wir große Hilfe und Unterstützung von allen Seiten erfahren. Ein deutschsprachiger Arzt kam direkt ins Hotel und führte auch die folgenden Tage Zimmerbesuche durch. Die erforderlichen Medikamente wurden von der Rezeption direkt bei der Apotheke angefordert und geliefert. Unser Zimmer stand uns nach Erteilung des Rückflugverbotes die ganze Zeit zur Verfügung. Selbst den PC am Arbeitsplatz des Hotelmanagers konnten wir nutzen um organisatorische Tätigkeiten zwecks unserer späteren Rückreise durchzuführen. Nochmal ein großes DANKE!!!

Excellent hotel

Well where do I begin? Upon arrival we were quickly checked in and told food had been laid out in the restaurant for us (we were on the late flight) next morning my 3year old took ill (later found out there was a virus passed about on plane) reception quickly arranged a doctor to visit us and then George the restaurant manager said we were welcome to take food to the room to try and get littleon to eat. Soon after that we began enjoying our holiday! The restaurant staff are wonderful Nikos always took a minute out to speak to us and ask how our day had been etc. I literally can’t fault this hotel at all. The beach is 5 minutes away. Joe at the pool bar is very helpful and friendly. The spa is so worth a visit!!! You get a free 15 min massage voucher when you check in but we booked again for the cretcian and facial There’s always something to do here for all ages will definitely book again
